Shar VanBoskirk, VP, Principal Analyst Service CMO Professionals, Forrester Research
Shar helps CMOs lead customer-obsessed strategies at their firms while also transforming their marketing functions to deliver brand experiences that are relevant to empowered customers. Her specific research focuses on marketing strategy, budgets, staffing, organization, and creating an operating model for customer obsession.
Shar has spent many years helping clients create optimal digital marketing teams and programs, leveraging research on email marketing, consumer psychology, storytelling, and digital maturity. During her 18 years with Forrester, Shar has been instrumental in the development of many of the company's marketing program evaluation methodologies, training courses, and marketing planning tools and has also been part of Forrester's sales and consulting organizations.
Blair Hammond, Director - Digital Content, Reebok
Blair Hammond is a strategic storyteller. She's worked behind the editorial desk at a number of publications and across a variety of brands to execute internal communications and consumer-facing digital campaigns. Her professional experience includes dynamic multimedia and editorial content creation at national and international brands.
Mitchell Reichgut, CEO, Jun Group
Mitchell Reichgut is the CEO and co-founder of Jun Group. Prior to founding Jun Group in 2005, Mitchell led Bates Interactive, the online unit of Bates Worldwide Advertising, now owned by WPP. As General Manager/Creative Director, Mitchell helped grow Bates Interactive into a 70-person integrated unit, with clients such as EDS, Moet & Chandon, and Warner-Lambert. Before joining Bates, Mitchell served as Creative Director at Think New Ideas. Mitchell began his career as an Art Director at Grey Advertising where he created print and television advertisements for clients. Throughout his career, he’s worked with major brands across industries, including Procter & Gamble, Parker Brothers, Budweiser, Rockport, Reebok, and Sony.
Chris Hopkins, Director of Analytics North America, The Exchange Lab
Chris is a Senior Director with 20 years of experience in advanced analytics and strategic business planning, focusing on cutting edge digital marketing in addition to big data applications. His wide-ranging skillset spanning consumer research, media measurement, digital media analytics and big data help him to uncover efficiencies and drive innovation. Driven by a burning curiosity about how consumers interact with the shifting media landscape Chris strives to discover hidden opportunities with a data-driven approach.
Jon Lowen, Chief Strategy Officer, Sito Mobile
Jon Lowen is the Chief Strategy Officer at Sito Mobile. He has spent his entire career in the advertising technology space. At SITO, he has overseen the growth of the company’s technology products and managed the operational teams that oversee SITO’s media placement and advertising campaigns. Prior to joining SITO, Lowen ran operations at DoubleVision, a mobile DSP, during which time revenue increased by over six times. He was also previously the Chief Operating Officer at Outdoor Hub, now Carbon Media Group, the largest outdoor sports digital media company. As COO there, he was instrumental in building the company from its inception and increased profitability year over year, leading to its successful recapitalization.
Susan Beard, Client Lead, New York Times
Sue is a Client Lead at The New York Times, covering Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology. Prior to her 2+ years at The New York Times, Sue was on the business side, working for major publishers for over 10 years. She spent three years at Boston.com and four and a half years at The Washington Post. Sue prides herself on the strong and long lasting business relationships she has built in Boston over her career. Sue also truly enjoys working with agencies and clients on helping them solve for their business challenges and collaboratively partnering with them to bring their stories to life.
