    Account Executive NYC


    AMP Agency NYC is searching for an Account Executive who loves to work hard and play hard. They can deliver the work, and are able to effectively manage 360 degree cross-channel marketing programs. The Account Executive is vital to the brilliant execution of marketing campaigns through the effective use of their marketing prowess, agency process and communication.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Understanding and appreciating brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs and is able to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing plans and executions
    • Assisting in the day-to-day management of assigned account(s) by working effectively with their manager and our cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations & timelines appropriately
    • Effectively participates and contributes to work across creative, technology, media, planning/research, project management and analytics to achieve client objectives
    • Successfully supports multi-channel marketing programs (website development, digital & content marketing, social strategy and activations, as well as event-based activations)
    • Delivers effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with professionalism and business maturity
    • Demonstrates leadership when evaluating creative against approved briefs through a thorough understanding of brand & creative strategy with strict attention to detail
    • Creates dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
    • Establish trust-based client relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs
    • Proactively problem solves with oversight from manager and escalates issues as appropriate
    • Demonstrates deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget
    • Collaborates well with external agency partners to drive integrated programs

    Experience Required:

    • 2-4 years agency experience
    • Proven track record of delivering top-notch work with results
    • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (OLA, Site, Social, Mobile, Print, Email, DM, Events etc.)
    • Ability to consistently perform & keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
    • Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPI’s for client business
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong client-service orientation and team player attitude
    • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
