    The Digital Account Manager will support the Digital Account Director in client interface across multiple accounts, assisting in ensuring the execution of channel level strategy through project management, client management, and performance. H/she should bring value to the business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and a positive "can do" attitude. 

    The individual should have experience in performance marketing and be analytically minded, with the ability to help manage the day to day requirements of an account, as well as feed into the wider team on training and process.


    • Daily point of contact for active clients and managing client roadmaps
    • Communicate regularly with clients and account team regarding the status of digital media campaigns
    • Ensure client expectations and requirements are clearly understood and communicated effectively to the relevant team members
    • Work directly with the Account Director around channel strategy
    • Oversee end-to-end management and delivery of campaigns
      • Guide junior staff on set up and execution of media plans
      • Work with junior staff to put together monthly media plans and rationale for client sign off
      • Responsible for media plan briefing and delivery
      • Support junior staff around delivery and accuracy of monthly performance reports
      • Drive media campaigns to meet targeted KPI's (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
      • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and successfully
      • Ownership of monthly budget approval process for clients in coordination with the finance team
      • Leads/assist with projects that aid in the optimization of media: vendor interface, forecasting, performance analysis
      • Manage larger deliverables for clients including QBR presentations and ad hoc requests
      • Support team members in communicating deadlines around smaller deliverables
    • Team Management:
      • Prioritizing deadlines with the media team
      • Delegate and manage daily workload with team members ensuring all tasks are being completed in a timely and efficient manner
      • Responsible for day-to-day output from the team; ensuring that all documents sent to clients are delivered and presented in a timely manager and accurate
      • Develop, train and guide junior staff through day-to-day queries


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field of study
    • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in digital media account management/client services/marketing with an agency or advertiser
    • Fully competent in core online platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
    • Experience in training and developing junior staff
    • High level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and speed required
    • Experience in DoubleClick and Programmatic DSP's strongly preferred
    • Strong media knowledge and operational experience including but not limited to:
      • Paid Facebook (other social)
      • Display
      • AdWords (Gmail campaign management, GDN campaign management)
      • Bing (PPC)
      • Google Tag Manager
      • Google Analytics
    • Establish clear objectives and day-to-day priorities for yourself and junior staff members
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills with aggressive decision-making nature
    • Works well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professional demeanor
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization (internal as well as with clients), fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools; PowerPoint, Excel and database exploration
    • Strong presentation skills, deck-building, and understanding of pivot tables required
    • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
